I think it looks great. Add a blue hard handle to it and it would look even better!

The Ratchet is made in OHIO and the the Guts are outsourced overseas. I was told by the plant Mngr that when the pat drops they want the guts produced in house. Guess we shall see. Still a great piece. The Anvil failed before the teeth in testing and they are stronger than anticipated. Ask anyone who has the JR72.

no i'm sure its a nice ratchet and i think they look great, was just curious about the mechanism. I have no problem with taiwan tools but for the price i think it would have been nice if the entire thing was made in the states. Would be great if they could do that one day.

Yeah I still have a few of the hard handles left. I liked them and wish they would keep them around. There are still a few in stock at Cornwell because I have been ordering them.

They build one of the sleekest looking ratchets made. It's sad they still can't make durable chrome

I have allways loved the looks of cornwell ratchets but was turned off bu the low tooth count. glad to see you are making fine tooth ratchets. I must also add it is nice that a tool truck company is willing to admit a tool isint all usa.

Bump for the new folks. Thanks for the reminder SMKS.

Ugh.. I bought one off fedwrench, it was absolutely the worst feeling mechanism I had ever used, it had a tremendous amount of backlash, and this was a used ratchet. I was never so happy to unload that thing on EBay.

I use the 72 tooth Cornwell ratchets daily and love them. Very smooth action and they have yet to bind between forward and reverse like some ratchets are known to do
