New Craftsman Impact Screwdrivers, Gimmick??

Received an email about these today and wonder what everyone's thought is about them? I know you could buy an impact screwdriver set and I'm not looking for what you should buy just courious about this new design

Not a new design, they are made by Vessel in Japan for Craftsman. There have been a few posts about these already.
