New Craftsman low profile ratchets

Anybody try them out yet? I've stopped using straight ratchets a few years ago in favor of the locking flex head style Gearwrench, but this looks like the OG Craftsman of a decade or two ago.

I haven't tried them. On the Craftsman link, they say the low profile ratchet is 22% thinner than their standard ratchet CMMT81747 ratchet. However, online the head thickness is listed as 1.1 inches for both ratchets. :wtf:
It might be one of those things where you have to compare both in the store to see what the truth is. I think the current crop of SBD Craftsman ratchets are pretty thick headed to start with so 22% might still make it thicker than a Gearwrench or Tekton ratchet. The new Craftsman lacks the paint brush shaped handle from the original low profile ratchet and the flush quick release button. :beer:
