I was at Sears today and I noticed a new workbench/storage line on display. The bench was nice and high (42") the way I like it. The one on display was 6 ft wide. There are banks of 5 drawers made for it available seperately so you can have drawers on one side or both with a small space in the middle for a chair. It also came in either red/black or grey/silver. There were no prices on it and there was no help in sight so I just grabbed the part numbers and headed home. There is no sign of these things on the website yet. The part #s were 10132 and 10133. Anyone know anything about these?

Nope, different than those. Hard to describe, but it had a taller height, kind of radiused corners of the top and legs. JB740i, did you get the prices? The ones I saw had no prices on them yet.

These were at my local Sears store in Red/Black:

6ft Workbench, 5-Drawer Module, Wall Cabinet, Floor Cabinet

There is also the Versatrack wall system but I cannot find the page for that except for the joiners and endcaps. I was surprised to see that the 5-drawer end module does not have locking drawers like the wall and floor cabinets do.

That price is higher than a giraffe's *** for some very light gauge tin and a chunk or particle board.

13'6" long, 3/16" steel top with rounded front lip, heavy duty legs, 30" deep, backsplash, $150.

The bottom shelf that's flexing on the floor jack is 1/8" steel with 1" angle iron in the front, and 2" angle iron in the back.

The sears supports 1450 pounds? Hell, mine weighs half that.

That's pretty slick. Did you buy it or make it/have it custom made?

bought it. I'm actually cutting everything off and just using the top. Building a 2" square tubing frame work, and enclosing all of it with cabinets.
