I just received my new 60 gal 2 stage air compressor from dewalt. I haven't hooked it up yet, but I have been going over it checking things out and when I turn the large pump pulley by hand there is a pretty loud knock every rotation or so. I checked the pulleys and they are tight but Before I contact DeWalt I thought I would ask here if this seems like a major concern to you guys or if I should just hook it up and try it. It is still under warranty after all.
