One word of advice though, when you pulll it apart, do it in a shoebox so you don't drop the ball bearing on the floor. Once it hits the floor it's smaller than a fly turd and almost impossible to find. I know, I did it twice.:lol_hitti

Tell me about it!! I was cleaning my grandfather's old c-man ratchet and I dropped the ball bearing between the cushions of a chair. I was so upset I was ready to cry. Well, I tipped that thing over, cut open the fabric, and it actually dropped out. I learned my lesson after this one.

Good call! When you get your first Snapon ratchets you realize how enjoyable they are to use and everything else just doesn't cut it anymore. All your other craftsman ratchets become "unacceptable" as you "need" to upgrade every ratchet you own to the new standard you are experiencing! Old craftsman stuff, when sold is a good way to help finanace your new quest for Snapon ratchet nirvana! :)

LOL, that is what I was thinking. Only someone from this forum would cut open a couch worth a few hundred for a ratchet worth maybe $20. I love it!
