New Flex impact wrench. Is this normal?

Hey guys I just got my first impact wrench and im very excited. Its a Flex brand and I got a great deal on it.

One thing that bothers me though is there seems to be some play going on inside of it. Like a rattle. I'll post a link below. Is this normal?

Congrats on your first impact wrench.

All my FLEX impact wrenches make that same noise and I have all of them except the highest torque model. I can email you a video of my FX1451 if you PM me.
