Just had the floor poured about 3 weeks ago. I am looking for a single stage floor coating maybe with some chips. I am sure I will spill plenty of oil and fuel over time so I need something tuff. My Garage is Two levels due to ledge. I need to coat one part that is 375 sq feet and few weeks later another 250sq ft. Anyone have any suggestions. I have already read about 4 billion post and get more confused.

Clear with chips not a great idea. Better to go with a pigmented product , then use the chips.

Check out our Nohr-S Polyurea for a great single component product.

Good luck with your project!!

How does that compare to the SPGX stuff? Is it something that I have to grind the floor to apply?

No comparison. Our product is a direct competitor to high performance Polyaspartic coatings. It is interchangeable with them for a variety of applications.

It can be used as a sealer (thicker mil), pigmented coating, chip floors, topcoat to epoxy systems, etc...

Here is our Nohr-S Polyurea from a job still underway today. The customer still needs to apply the sealer coat. He resides in NJ.

Don't mean to hijack thread, but I had my slab poured 7 months ago with fiber mesh and burnished with a cure sealer applied immediately . I still have some dark areas can I put this product right over it? Or will I have to prep in some way? I'm sick of waiting for entire floor to lighten completely.

Will have to be prepared. Coatings/sealers that require little prep are either extremely low solids, film forming like paint or adhere thermally through burnishing.
