Hi All,

I am having a new garage built starting next week. So here are my questions:

Finish-Apparently smooth is the best with no sealer correct? Any other recommendations to the contractor?

Covering-What is out there for options? I am leaning towards an epoxy finish to seal and protect the floor. Is there anything else out there that is conducive to working on cars (jacks, stands etc.)?

If I go epoxy, is this a one person job and how long should it take? I really want to move into my new garage badly-very badly.
