I am having a house built, and I want to seal the concrete.

Is epoxy sealing the way to go. Perhaps one with color in it. I had read some thing a few years ago, about refinishing an older concrete floor and it said I needed to 'etch' it. Does etching have to be done on a new floor? Also, how long after the concrete is poured should I wait before sealing it?

Hi, All Garage Floors has tons of great articles on various types of coatings (epoxy, polyaspartic, etc) sealers and so forth. All work a bit different, have different price points, and different cosmetic outcomes.

We carry virtually all of these products and can offer some assistance once you read up and find what interests you.

Our most popular concrete floor garage products are our one part SPGX polyurea, and our www.armorcladepoxy.com 100% solids epoxy systems.
