We bought our new home over two years ago and it’s taken that long to get the house renovated, way too long of a story! The house came with an attached 700sqft garage that I had tiled and has been working great, as that garage is just for parking cars in.
The house also came with a 730sqft detached garage which is going to be my man cave/workshop and I’m now ready to build out, there are some photos below as it is now. I’m going to close in and insulate the roof as I’m going to install AC - as I did with the attached garage (we live in Florida). My questions are as follows;
1. I can’t decide on which flooring option to go with, plastic tiles are out, so are tiles, I wanted to just go with a simple sealer but there are some cracks in the floor, not big but enough to spoil the look if I used a clear sealer, what other options are available, but not looking for a Ferrari showroom floor look.
2. The walls are breeze block, do I need to insulate them or are they good to just paint.
Any answers would be appreciated, thank you.

Hi,
We would recommend a single coat of our SPGX one part polyurea. 10x the fluid and dirt resistance of a sealer at about 60 cents/sq ft for a single coat in clear.
