New florida revamp

Moved to Havana 6 months ago. The shop building sold me. I decided to revamp the floor, electric and walls. Pressure washed and ground the concrete. Then sealed with solid color sealer from Home Depot. Ordered RED metal roofing to line the walls and still thinking about doing the ceiling with silver roofing panels. Now I have room to turn a few wrenches and escape from the world. Life is good!

I was worried about it possibly being too dark with the red but I have skylights and good lights. the only thing is that I have to figure out how to cool down where I work. its been low 90s here with humidity. I am looking forward to a lot of winter projects.

The skylights make a huge diffrence, lots of light. I have them in my 40'x50' in KY, only issue is they sweat so much, you swear there's a leak in them, but it's just condensation.

The humidity is rough down here in Ft. Myers. Plenty of fans.

have a giant pole shed behind this with space for three rvs and/or my projects. it came with two 50 amp plugs too. the guy that owned it before me was an electrical contractor. apparently his business is lucrative. the neighbor told me he had a helicopter but he upset the neighbors so they put the kybash to that through the county.
