Brand new never used. When I purchased this Fluke1587 insulation test multimeter I felt I needed it, but I have never used it so its time to liquidate some tools and let it go. It comes with all leads Fluke i400 AC current clamp case all manuals, and registration card. Screen looks funny because of the clear protective film. New condition.
