Did anyone else notice the differences in construction of the trusses from the american style? I am thinking that those would not pass here.
Very nice home though. Just out of curiosity,

Got to say, that's a nice garage. Those trusses look classic, that's how they used to make the roof to a building, here in the Netherlands too.

Thank you all for the welcome.

I'm from Capvern a little rural village in the south-west, in the Pyrenées (mountains between France & Spain) but I'm native of Reims in Champagne.

These trusses are traditional construct in France & other countries in Europe, but there are a lot of "US style" trusses too.

The bug (bug in US & beetle in GB ??) is a 1300cc of 1971 (marina blue L54D)
I have a lot of work too...
on the body ... some rusty eated parts (doors bottom, doors hinge, sides bottom, ...)
on the chassis idem with big holes
on the motor a good revision + little prep ?

Pics of the bug very soon, promised !!
