New from Boise, Idaho

Hello all,
So I recently moved to the Boise area and am currently in the preliminary stages of planning my dream shop 40x60. Not 100% decided whether I'm going with pole built or a steel kit, but right now I am leaning a little more towards the steel kit. So I was calling around trying to get some prices so as to start and put a budget together and wouldn't you know it, I got the same story from about 4 different steel kit companies. "Some one just happened to order the exact size you need, they put a down payment on it, but now can't take delivery so I can have it for a big discount but I need to act right now..." The sales reps all sound just like used car salesmen. Does anyone have any recommendations for a steel building company that they have had a good experience with? Thanks

there is another member on Heff's thread that either is a dealer or a builder out of Colorado that had a lot of information when i had time to read that thread.

not sure if it will help, but i bet you'll know a bit more after reading it cause Heff had a lot of rules and regs to work through in his nice Florida neighborhood to build his shop.
