Hi new to forum.
Have 22 X 24 garage with 9 ft walls and overhead storage trusses with storage space that is 8 X 24 ft rated at 20 lbs per square ft. The garage was finished 2 weeks ago and I have to do the interiour. I just did the electrical which passed the inspection yesterday. For electrical my brother and I ran a 60 amp service from the house and we used a breaker panel in the garage. Have a total of 6 110 receps in the walls and 2 in the cielling. Also have 2 240 volt outlets.
To have acess to the storage trusses is a retractable ladder,
I am in the process of insulating and drywalling. and next week and having a 35000 btu nat gas forced air furnance installed.
Of course I have been planning this garage from the start and fully intend to have a awsome workshop as well as parking two vehicles one of which is my 88 camaro iroc z28
Also I am a heavy duty mechanic working in field service and the company I work for is american and has been making engines for 110 years.
I will be on the forum looking for ideas from compressors to floor coverings
thanks in advance
