Just joined, browsing around to get some ideas. Looking at buying a house soon and really wanting to make sure I have that "Man cave" to spend some time doing my own thing.

Anyhow, my hobbies include: Hunting, fishing, shooting, golf, trucks, anything DIY, and now that I'm looking to buy a house, guess anything with home repair.

Hoping to gain some much needed knowledge in the way of what to look for when building a garage.

Hello from the Hampton roads area. I'm in the same boat as you. Under contract on my first house and no garage so I'm here to gather ideas and plan a build. Of course it helps I like tools and fixing/making things too.
