Hello everyone! I'm 2 weeks away from closing on my first house (cannot WAIT to get out of this condo) and will finally have a garage! It's a 2 car garage and deeper than average. I've been lurking here for quite a while looking for ideas for tool storage, floor finishing etc.

The one thing that I don't quite know how to handle is the slab is settled more than 6 inches at the rear. This leads to drainage problems. Is mudjacking effective or should I be thinking more along the lines of ripout, add new base (compacted properly this time) and pouring new?
