I have a run down 32x24. I’ll need a variance and the 30x40 is about all I can manage. Hoping I can get this planned and approved in the next month.

I also needed to get 2 variances. One for square footage and one for my rear property set back. What part of CT are you building in?

I’m in New Milford. My set back is going to be an issue as well as the size.
I hoping to take a trip to PA to check out IronBuilt buildings. I like how they have a steel I-beam frame work. Looking to do 2 doors on the 40’ length with a 30’ depth. Then get some rough plans, get back with my survey guy for a map and submit everything.
