I just want to introduce myself. My name is Cameron and I'm from the small state of Delaware. I lurked here before though some searches for various odds and ends but never stayed long. After looking around today I'm defiantly hooked. Well, enough about me and the reason I'm here. I purchased my first home a little over a year ago. It was that one house in your hometown that everyone wanted; you know the house up the hill; just no hill 
The best part was (to me) was the 2 car detached garage, it was the reason I really wanted the house. It was a little 24' x 24' with full block construction. The wiring was a nightmare, no pass door (power failure and I'm boned), unfinished floor, and only 2 100w incandescent lights. I've since epoxy'd the floor, added 5 8' florescent lights (I love light) and added an opener to the second door (disconnected for now). Hopefully this year I get to play with a demo saw and cut in a pass door and build a 24 x 12 leanto off the rear for lawn equipment, storage and relocate my compressor.
