Hello, new member from Denver. Currently under contract on my first house.
Sadly we were under contract a month back on a house with an awesome 1200 sqft detached barn-turned-garage, but backed out due to major foundation problem with the house discovered during inspection. But we are now under contract for a different house, but it's only got a 12ft x 24ft attached garage. We plan to add more Garage in the not too distant future however.
