New from Michigan!

I've been lurking for a while, and have learned a lot of great stuff from this board already. I'm fixing up my 40-year old attached garage. I've already updated the lighting to new T-8 fixtures, now I need to decide whether to insulate, then patch some cracks, and paint. Thanks in advance for your help while I undertake this project!

FWIW Saginasty, bay city, midland (tri cities) is “mid Michigan” lansing is the “capital area”
