Morning,
I have been lurking for a while now, created an account a while back to view some pictures. And finally getting around to posting.
Alot of good information here and alot of ideas as I move on.
My current garage is a 2 stall and I use just about every inch of it. I do most of my own maintenance on our vehicles and some minor woodworking and such. Some of the space in the garage is storage but most of the larger items are in the shed. We rent so I can't do much to it, both side walls have insulation but the roof and back wall are uninsulated. It can get cold in the middle of ND winter but I don't feel like spending the money to insulate a rental for the little use it gets in the winter.
It had a work bench built in when we moved in and I added my old "bench" that I had in the previous garage. It's just left over 3/8th ply wood. It works for now. Slowly expanding my tools and other items as time goes on.
