Hello everyone. I found this forum via Pinterest where I save ideas for my dream garage/workshop. The forum wouldn't allow me to look at any of the posted photos so I joined to get access to what appears to be a great source if help and ideas.
I recently moved back to Ohio from MI with one condition which was that I get a property that I can build a workshop on. So, this Spring/Summer I am hoping to get started. I'm planning on a 2 story detached shop with an office on the second level (I work out of my home). Leaning toward a gambrel style building about 28x34. List of wants include:

- radiant heat floors
- area for both woodworking and metalworking
- restroom with urinal
- 5'-6' covered side porch
- 10' roll up garage doors
- 220 electrical service
