So......been learning here for awhile now. Decided I need to sign up. Committed to building a 40x36’ 10 scissor truss detached.

Layout today!
Excited for sure. I grew up in a machine shed 80x60 and really miss having the space. My dad passed a few years ago and I have all his tools and equipment just ready to be moved in and back to work. Gonna be a great day when that happens. He would be excited too I know.

May I suggest you update your location to some thing a little more specific as in future you may find that helps you when you have specific questions that affect you. Specially given the forum has a very global membership. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.

You could change simply Second Lot to Nebraska.
