I realized I didn't introduce myself. I'm new around here, and will be the proud owner of my own workspace soon. My family and I are moving to Nevada from New Mexico. We're going to Pahrump, NV, made famous by Live PD. Not sure what I'm thinking, but I love it out there.
The house we are buying has an attached garage and a 32x21 detached shop. The interior walls are just studs. Wiring is in place already. It has a subpanel to the shop and two 220 outlets, but I don't know what amperage they are. My plan is to sort out the electrical, insulate, and finish the walls with either drywall or something else. My son and I will be working on our cars out of it. We both have VW Beetles.
