New From New Braunfels Texas

I'm having a home built in New Braunfels, Texas along with a 21'deep by 24' wide with 10' high ceiling garage. The door is 18' wide and 8' high so feel I have something decent to work with for a motorcycle and Subaru Forester. I'm planning to have the floor painted but otherwise here to get ideas. My house is being built in downtown area on a rather small lot. I enjoy being able to walk to restaurants, bars, theater, etc. so downtown appeals to me. Also, kids are grown and just me now so don't need a big place plus no yard so nothing to mow; tend to be gone a lot. Hope I like it...
