Hello all,
My name is Bob and I live in New Hampshire. I sold my house two years ago and downsized to a condo. I love the condo but can't deal with not having a garage.
We recently purchased a lot a little over two acres to build a new garage. It's about 5 miles from the condo but that is ok. It been two years to get this particular lot, but finally passed papers a couple weeks ago. Great location on a nice corner. I can keep it private toward the back or if I do want some commercial exposure down the road I can open it up.
I will be posting much more because I will have so many questions down the road. It's going to be a big one.
