Hi all. I found myself here because I am looking to renovate/improve a large barn style 2-story 20x24 garage. My goal is to fully insulate and add AC. Heat is already provided by a gas wall heater on the first floor. I might create an thread in the AC section to track progress.

Thanks. I'm way down in South Jersey. I'm also having to deal with an extremely humid house crawl space which is staying at 90-100% humidity. I'm having an inspection done soon to see about getting it all sealed.

Welcome. Also from NJ. Lucky you have a supply for gas already. I'd have to trench 250' to the meter to bring heat to my shop.

Thanks. Yes.. nice to have water, gas and 100amp panel already installed. I can then add a water heater and split AC.
