I am trying to add a garage bay expansion. It is to create more space for a restoration project. I am impressed with all the work I have seen so far on the forum. If I can come close to some of these projects I will be pleased.
I have two TR3s that I need to bring back from the dead. One I inherited from my late father in law that he bought new in 1957. I got about halfway into the project and ran out of money and space. Car number two was a parts car(complete). Both are numbers matching and need more time and attention.
The addition will be a modest 12 X 18 because of setback and county guidelines, it is about as big as allows. If I did my math correctly the one story addition will suffice for now. It will be a one story addition with scissor rafters to allow for a lift. Mind you LBC's do not need a ton of space to get them in the air. I should have county approval in a few more days.
Fingers crossed, I should have the shell complete by December. Well the contractor should have it done. The inside finishing will be on me to save costs.
So hello and more questions to come.....
Hope the links show up on the Signature..
