Stumbled across GJ a couple of weeks ago while researching for a new tool chest, and haven't been able to stay away since.
I used to be a true 'shade tree' mechanic, pulling transmissions, replacing motors and welding in floors at the side of the road in all weathers, but got a corporate job and left all that behind for 15 years (though continued to do all the work on our own cars).
Now things have settled down, I'm getting back into wrenching, but purely as a hobby. Already got a couple of projects, and looking out for ideas here - and a possible garage/workshop build in a year or two.
