Morning everyone, I've actually been a member for years but I've never posted. I bought a house back in Aug with no garage and I always had plans to build a shop on the property so the lack of garage wasn't an issue. Well now I want a garage so I figured it's time to start using this place for help, maybe I can contribute as well.

BR: how about for your second post in 3 years to be of the spot you are thinking of building your garage on so we can see and maybe give you a few ideas and help. i use the paperclip just above where we write our posts to attach pictures just like an email. so post as many pictures as you want to.
