Hey everyone, I just joined today. I have remodeled most of the upstairs of my ranch house and now it's time to work on the basement & garage. They look awful and I can't stand going down there. It's a 1960 house that I bought as a fixer upper. I've done a lot of it myself but am leaving the heavy duty stuff to my contractor (ex-husband). I'm sure I will come across a few other questions/things to run by you all in the near future. Posted my first question a few mins ago.

Looking forward to reading the forums and getting advice.

Thanks & take care.

Thanks guys. This forum has given me invaluable information already in just 2 days. It's a really active forum too!!! Love it. I have already pretty much solved one problem with a garage door situation. Looking forward to asking some other ones when I get to other issues in the garage/basement.
