Hi all,
Been lurking a while, and figured it was time to make my first post. I've been planning my shop for a couple of years and finally dropped poles in the ground late this summer. I've attached a few pics of how it's coming along, should wrap up tin this weekend and call for final inspection next week. It's a 36x36x13.5 barn, pretty much done the whole thing myself. Had a little help with trusses and placing the concrete slab, but other than that it's been a solo job. Have my lighting scheme planned out, and searching for a Janus International dealer here in the Pacific NW where I can get my rollup doors. $700 to ship doors that have a total cost of $1100 is a bit steep in my book. Anyway, here's my build, and thanks for all the tips/tricks/suggestions everyone puts out here.
