New from PA Planning a 40x04x12

Hey this is a great site. So I'm planning to build a garage BUT I want one of the two sizes a 40x40 with a loft or a 36x60 I am doing all the work with some help from a few friends.Any Ideas??? I'm going to have a lift and do some automotive work on the side as a hobby. I love to work on cars and do restorations.
