Well, I'm actually from just north of Seattle WA, but it looks like I will be here until my expiration date. I noticed this forum a while back--the famous 12 Gauge Garage thread. I am always looking for ways to make better use of space. I am (quite bitterly I might add) stuck with a 20x30 garage. Either the architect didn't say anything, or I didn't listen. That's a big garage if the fleet is a Smart for two, a go-cart and a couple bikes.
