My name is Mathieu Tousignant, I'm 24, married since a year, and bought my firt house about 2 months ago.
a brand new prefab house, without flooring and paint. so we decided what we wanted and got to work.....with the help of dads and friend
and in this pic you can't see clearly but at the left of the house, we have place for a nice detached garage. I mesured roughly 24' wide by 35' deep and i would leave a space of about 10 feet between the house and garage.
plan to begin the work this spring.
will get the excavation(i have some rock to break) and concrete by a contractor. and will erect the structure myself.probably have some roof truss made to save me some headache.
have some Q's about my project, so I'll start another thread here's a link :
