New from Toronto and building a 3 car!

Hey guys. I’ve been around for a couple months now reading and inquiring on many things. Lots of great info on here.

Currently in the process of building my garage. Literally just finished the exterior of it and it’ll soon be time to start getting things organized inside.
Here’s acouple quick shots.
Electrician by trade, father and brother are bricklayers which helped.
Definitely a car enthusiast. Currently own acouple cool toys like a completely modded evo9, a3 and the wife’s daily a Tiguan.

Hello All....!
I am Gurvinder.
Myself and my son are looking forward to convert standard one car garage (attached to a semi-detached home) into a woodworking, metal late (hobby version) and metal brazing for precision jewelry works.
Start up ideas ...how to make a perfect layout to set work bench to accomodate table saw, router, power drill, band saw, planner and a wooden lathe.....shall be highly appreciated.
Further its being in GTA, garage must be insulated and proper ventilation is also required.
