Just wanted to say hello.
I have been following and learning from GJ for the last few weeks. Working on my 28X32 half a** built garage for a while now. Just started the home stretch.
Garage started out as a two car carport in 1960, turned into a 3 car enclosed some wear around the late 70's by the home owner with minimal engineering skill.
Just added a bathroom, insulation and sheeting. Will work on some pics for critique and ideas soon.
