New Furnace install Good/Bad?

Just finishing this install, anyone see any problems?

need to update the photos, it is in and running, should i have put drywall under it? manufacture said solid floor was ok, but now I am thinking fire protection, it would be a major progect to lift it up and put drywall under it!

cold air return box is not in the photo, built it out of the insul bosrd and comes up from the cold air/filter on the ceiling,

still need to run the flex ducts from the diverter box.

I'm sure its fine, I prefer that it get hung from the rafters with some unistrut or angle iron and 3/8" rod, it cuts down the noise and vibration.

that is one of my questions after reading things on here, is that 1" clearance standard? or vary by manufacture? should I change it?
the instalation manual said "zero" clearance required on the side and had this foot note,

* Front clearance In alcove Installation must be 24 in. (610 mm).
Maintain a minimum of 24 in. (610 mm) for front service access.
‡ For installation on a combustible floor, do not install the furnace
directly on carpeting, tile or other combustible materials other than
wood flooring.
† Left side requires 3 inches if a single wall vent is used on 14-1/2
inch cabinets.

but I noticed my house has drywall behind the furnace and a few on here had the same, how big of a problem is this?

and the drain pan? no mention of that in the manual either, (wish i had checked here first.) there is a drain hook up on the A-coil box I am going to run the PVC out the side wall of the garage.

question do the A-coils drain in the winter? or only in the summer? should the drain be where it cannot freeze?

You are going to want a secondary pan - the coil will eventually leak or the drain will plug up with gunk. The unit really should be elevated out of the pan so when it does fill up with water the furnace won't be sitting in it. The secondary pan should be drained outside of the structure in a visible location to alert you of the overflow.

Also, it won't impact performance with the short flue run, but why didn't you rotate the draft fan outlet and vent out the top (left side)? It would have saved you a 90.

Be sure to install a local disconnect on the electrical (light switch) and a dirt leg on the gas.
