Hey guys! First all Id like to introduce myself since Im a newbie! My names Sean, from NW PA. Im 19 years old and a full time college student for Diesel Tech. Im kinda a diesel addict 
But down to the fun stuff. Finally building a new garage. Its a steel 21x24x10. Just big anough for my truck and gpa's tractor with some workbenchs and what not. We ordered the building yesterday. 1 10x8' door on the left front side with a walk in door beside it and a window.
The plans are with it right now to put shelfing and work benchs in the opposite side of the door with a small fridge and room for the air compressor and our tool boxes. We're planning on putting a drain in the middle.
We went with the steel for the cost...just over 4k installed, that's including the doors and window, plus in the future we can add on to it or move it if we ever wanted too.
