Amazing shop and concrete work. I would like to know as an update to that floor artwork; how has it held up over the last couple years? Any regrets or recommendations vs. staining and sealing?
The floor is absolutely bulletproof...cars have dumped every type of fluid on the floor and it always cleans up perfectly.
No regrets -- absolutely would do this type of floor whenever the budget allows for it. The checkerboard areas have no 'flake' or texture to them, so they can be slick when wet, but that's really the only issue -- have to keep those areas dry when we're using the garage for parties and people are walking there. Usually not a problem when cars are parked there.
