Hey! I'm just about ready to have my garage insulated and drywalled and am here seeking advice on things I should add or may have overlooked in my garage planning while I can still get to everything. To complicate things, I'm also getting ready to pour a stamped concrete patio directly behind the garage, as well as a slab for a shed. Long story short, the time is now to get some of the skeletal items in while everything is accessible. Please feel free to shoot me any advice or ideas!

Intended use:
-22x24 with 14x20 3rd bay
-Jack of all trades garage used until I can afford to build a shop.
-Primary use is fabrication and machining of components for off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and cars.
-Need parking for one completed running vehicle and room for an "in progress" vehicle at all times.
-As little wood work as possible (wood is an imperfect material :) ), but some.
-Organization goals are to keep everything behind a door and leave nothing on the floor.

What is already done:
-Separate 200 amp service
-110 receptacles every ~4'
-220 receptacles in place for welder, plasma, bridgeport, lathe, & air compressor
-220 plumbed through the wall and conduit routed to shed stem wall location for air compressor after shed is complete
-110 plumbed through the wall and conduit routed to shed stem wall location
-220 pulled through and stubbed off for back porch hot tub down the road
-110 pulled through and stubbed off for back patio electrical down the road
-2" Conduit plumbed through wall for pulling 3/4 air hose through from shed
-Exhaust Fan installed above CNC plasma location
-Wired for surround sound, cable, ethernet. Low voltage race in wall between TV and bench/cabinet level.
-Wiring in place for ceiling hung propane furnace
-Pulled additional wire for second water heater

What is I still need to do:
-Tie into my porch lights on exterior of garage and stub off outside in order to add driveway lights down the road (get it?! haha)
-Add breaker and pull another 110 circuit to exterior for driveway 110/gate
-Run sprinkler control wiring through the wall
-Run thermostat wire from heater location to near entry door
-Have it insulated
-Drywall/tape/texture/paint
-French Cleat all the way around at upper cabinet height and lower cabinet height (all my cabinets and organizational items will be modular and hung from french cleat)
-Air plumbing (material/system still tbd but very likely black iron pipe.)
-Rustoleum epoxy floor coating

Unsure or on the fence about:
-Plumb through the wall for propane tank or just leave it at the base on the floor? I don't want it to freeze up outside in the winter. I'll likely run the big RV size tanks until I pony up the dough for a fixed tank. Not sure on this one.

What am I forgetting?:
-You tell me! As you can see, I've focused on electrical and plumbing items that reside behind the walls and under the blown in insulation. I really don't want to have to wade through that stuff later!!!
