New garage build - need input

Hi guys
Been hanging here for a long time but not lately. I'm starting a shop build of a 40 x 100 shop on my new property and looking for some input. I know I will have one section 40 x 60 as a work area and the back 40 x 40 for storage. Also want to have an area in the front part that's a mezzanine for my boys to hang out in with my machine shop equipment in an area below that.

Any ideas appreciated, will have a couple of hoists, hoping to have one bay each for the 2 boys and one for me.

I wish I could tell you I was joking. When I built my 30 x 40 I was delusional about having more space than I'd ever need. It took all of a year to realize it should have been much bigger.
