Happy holidays, I’m new to the group and building a 35x60 garage.

By months end 12x8 roll up doors and windows will be installed. Next is electric, insulation, sheetrock & propane heat.

Do you have any great build tips? Is there (1) thing you learned or added to your garage I should consider? Thanks for sharing.

One thing I learned is how great spray foam is. The air sealing quality of the foam significantly makes the building much more comfortable. No drafts or air infiltration leads to minimum air stratification. Just a very comfortable space is created. Good luck with your garage build, looks like it will be a great space when complete!!!
