In the initial planning stage for the new pole building
Looking for thoughts/suggestion as to the floor plan size.
Have yet to decide to go

land limitation allows 20x30 the largest I can build

I'm into car restorations, on deck presently is a 79 911

The reason for the post is I'd like to plan for the best interior layout.....cars, tools, midsize tractor, and the assortment of standard items usually found in a shop.

After careful thought , I'd go with the 40'x60' ! ha! I would deff. go with the larger garage. And go as tall as ya can.

What SPACE do you have available ??

I'd go no smaller than 30'x40' if building new . . . heck 40'x60' sounds nice too !!

Make absolutely sure you plan for LIFT with tall walls/ceiling & reinforced concrete.
