I went with 8/12 pitch.I have storage trusses with 6' height 10' wide in the attic.

The exhaust fan is a house fan from home depot.I had to pull plastic pins out & drill new holes so louver would open correctly.Put this awning on outside.It was given to me free.took the trim & letter R off & painted worked great.

ARE you putting a storage attic in this place?
Whats the price difference compared to a 5/12 with no storage?

Any updates? What is the final size? I am looking at doing the same pitch or 10/12 so I have attic storage space. I was thinking 20 x 16 with a 4 foot lean to, or a full 20 x 20. Any more pictures?

Looks like you got a huge space on your garage. A few more things and you can stay there for hours.
