Hey guys,
I'm torn between epoxy-coat and race deck for my garage floor.

How is the epoxy-coat holding up for the members who have used this product?

I really like the race deck idea, but man that stuff would cost me a small fortune to do my 3 car garage.

The garage floor would be seeing normal use. Jack Stands and such.

I'm really worried about the epoxy not sticking properly even if prepped correctly.

Ahhh I dont know what to do, Help!!!:eyecrazy:

Hire a company to do epoxy, and prep the floor properly, and you'll be fine. If it fails as a result of poor install, they should fix it!

Whatever floor option you go with, you're going to want to put a piece of plywood under a jack stand to spread the load so as not to gouge into the epoxy, or put concentrated pressure onto the race deck. IF you're working on cars, do you want oil and crud falling through the race deck tiles? With epoxy, you can wipe it up? - seems like an easy choice to me...

Go with tile. You don't need to put anything under jack stands or jacks with tile.
