Wait a month. At a minimum, you can do a 'sheet moisture test' I like the calcium chloride tests from the American Moisture meter. I would do a minimum of 5 (center and corners), but for large slabs, more are suggested. Is there some type of moisture test you can do?

Epoxy you need at least 3 layers. Primer, base, top coat.So I’ve talked to a few of you. Plan to make another call tomorrow.
It’s actually an airplane hangar, I said garage, as not not confuse as this building will actually get less use than my garage actually does. Some hear hangar and may think maintenance hangar, facility…ect
I’m still confused on the difference between a 2 layer and 3

Thx. Why stay awayfrom the ploy products….For an aircraft hangar, the best system is 1 coat of epoxy primer, 1 intermediate coat of epoxy, and a finish coat of solvent based 2 part urethane (long open time). Stay away from polyaspartics and polyureas on hangar floors.
