New garage for old toys.

Ok. I've done some searching. So here it is.
building brand new 24 X 36 garage to work/store my toys.
I try to do everything myself. I'm looking for a good floor covering that won't let oil and fluids stain concrete. The pad is brand new. Will be poured in couple weeks. wanting to protect the floor before bringing any of my stuff over from my other garage. wanting to do it right the first time type of thing. I do use jack stands, jacks, welder, grinders etc.

A good PVC tile like TrueLock PVC or Tuff Seal. I would use a sealer or top coat on the PVC for some protection.

Another option would be a full broadcast epoxy system or even a quartz epoxy system.

All would require the use of a welding blanket

A lot of folks on the forum have had luck with ceramic and porcelain tile and that may be the best answer for you. That is not something I work with but there are several good resources here.

Is cost a consideration?

Cost is a concern on the flooring.24x36 is pretty big size. And do have a time crunch. I have other rented for 3 more months. But 30 days for concrete to cure before I can do anything to it from what I understand.
